A: In the heart of Metairie, LA at 2109 Veterans Memorial Blvd. For you locals, that’s between Causeway and Bonnabel on the lake side of Veterans. From receiving new inventory, to taking orders and embroidering your items… this is where all the magic happens!
Q: What are your hours?
A: We are open Monday-Friday 10:00am – 6:00pm and Saturday 10:00am-3:00pm. Our phone number is 504-831-4490
Q: Do I need an appointment to place an in-store order? Do you only accept large bulk orders?
A: No way! Come on in at your convenience. We’re ready when you are! From one piece to one million and everything in between, we accept all size orders!
Q: Can I supply my own items to embroider?
A: SURE! If you’re local, bring in anything you would like to personalize. If we can hoop it, we’ll sew it! Please call us at 504-831-4490 prior to drop shipping any items to us. We want to make sure we know who it belongs to and what to expect prior to the items arrival.
Q: I’m local, can I pick up my web order at the store instead of shipping?
A: YES! Select store pick up at check out. It’s that easy! Normal embroidery orders take 3-4 days to complete. Please be sure to include a good phone number to call you when your order is ready for pick up. If you’re nervous that you haven’t heard from us, don’t hesitate to give us a call to check the status.
Q: Oh man! The kids just fell asleep in the car and I just need to pick up my order at Monogram Express!
A: Never fear Monogram Express is here to save the day! Just call us at 504-831-4490 once you are in the parking lot and we will be happy to bring it outside to your car.
Q: Do you offer a gift wrap service?
A: Of course we do and the best part is that it’s FREE with the purchase of our items! We understand how busy life can be and want to ease the hassle of stopping for gift wrap. If you’re anything like us, you’re probably picking up the gift on the way to the party. We’re happy to be your one stop shop! Wrapped in our signature lime green Monogram Express shopping bag with blue tissue and bright multicolor ribbon.
Don’t worry, we can gift wrap orders that are being shipped too! Just make sure to include a gift message. We want to make sure you get the thanks you deserve for the extraordinary gift you selected from Monogram Express!
We double, triple, quadruple check the orders for accuracy before wrapping. All that’s left to do it look fabulous walking into the party with our signature Monogram Express gift bag!

Q: What is your refund policy?
A: Due to the nature of our business, we do not accept returns on any item that has been personalized. Please contact us at 504-831-4490 for any return of exchange matters.
Q: What is your shipping policy?
A: Orders may be shipped or picked up locally in our retail store. Please select the option for shipping or local pick up at check out.
Items that are in-stock are shipped within 7 business days via USPS with tracking. You will receive an email confirmation when your package has shipped. If you need your order sooner, please call us at 504-831-4490.
For those interested in local pick up, in-stock items will be available for pick up within 4 business days. Additionally, you will receive a courtesy call when your order is ready for pick up from a retail associate. We will notify you if your order will be delayed.
